He has a Messinian medal in 1908, a colonial medal without a bar. A sailor? Or a clown in disguise?

    Hello chechaco1,

By decree of 5 October 1920, the French Colonial Medal can be awarded without a bar for long service in peace time : to NCO's and other ranks 10 years of service (15 years for officers) of which 6 years were served in active duty and with distinction in specific colonies.

    Regards,

    Hendrik

    I know that.
Well, I don't like this gentleman, in 1908, a former navy who fought in Belgium, with a Military Cross without a star or a laurel and a distinguished colonial medal.  In Russia now, the further away from 1945, the more veterans there are

    Fake veteran
