TacHel Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 The following awards were changed to "type 2" to include a ribbon and a reverse design in line with other Defense Ministry awards. All 4 were originally established by ministerial order 538 dated 14 November 1999. NOTE: I still haven't found the ministerial order detailing these changes, any help would be appreciated!
