The rank and the cap badge were shown in the rank chart posted there. The cap badge would be for someone in the rank table for Chargen. The F on the collar probably stands for FEUERWEHR indicating to me that the man in the picture was a Berufsfeuerwehrman (professional fire fighter) rather than Friewilligenfeuerwehrman (volunteer firefighter) but that is just a guess on my part.
