Guys,

 

Went out today and had to drop the wife at Bremen early doors.

 

I must say the fleemarkets there have a better quality of junk than ours and not too pricey, this bad boy was €20 which I think is a fair price for a normal phone, they seem to be anywhere between 30/50 localy.

 

It is a proper sleeper though as I found out at home.

 

You don't often get the battery as these phones were reused post war and I know some are still in use on Bergen ranges, well if not in use at least still on inventory a few years back.

Nice Jock I had a pre W1 pr of US field phones once that still worked when I added modern batteries! unfortunately I left them hooked up in our re-enactment bunkers and mice got in and ate the wiring, we use W2 German phones at W1 gigs,,,, cool items.
