13 Ulan Regiment has dark-blue regimental colour and silver metal. Your badge is "kappenabzeichen" of this Regiment. Я подивився свої нотатки: 13 уланський полк мав темно-синій колір приборного сукна та срібні гудзики. Отже маєте неофіційну відзнаку цього полку, що носили на кепі. Спробую пошукати ще щось!
