    1. Left Smock - 1968 pattern (label exist - Smock, Combat, Mans, made in UK, 1971), but right - (label is absent)? Inner details:
    2. "ТРЕТИЙ РАЗРЯД" - sports qualification range. There was also: "ВТОРОЙ РАЗРЯД" - for better results in sports then "ТРЕТИЙ РАЗРЯД" IMHO, such badges were carried also on service uniforms by enlisted of Soviet Army in 50 years.
    3. See: http://military-uniform.narod.ru/army/sa-69-73/index.htm (You need cyrillic driver to see texts) Drawnings are scans from original offical soviet army uniforms regulations
    4. Established 25 march 1966. Used before end of USSR. Made in Moscow, "Pobeda" factory.
    5. That shoulder board (colonel of MVD internal troops or prisons guard period 1969-1992) is for summer khakki service dress shirt - not for field uniforms.
    6. Usualy private purchased in "Voentorg" shops by Soviet Army senior officers up to Podpolkovnik (Lt Col). Also worn by enlisted and NCO from ceremonial units (Rota pochetnogo karaula) And officers in small ranks - if they father was general - can weaar it too.
