Hello, I own an old Victorian police truncheon which was passed on to me. I would love to know the history, information and the price if possible about it. Unfortunately I cannot post a picture as the file is too big. It is a 16 inch, turned truncheon with lines at the bottom for hand grip. It has a hole for a strap but there isn't a strap. It has a crown at the top painted in gold, VR painted on the middle and IH. At the bottom. The paintings and letters are in great condition but the wood is average.
