This was an interesting blank I acquired. And for good measure, a nice Landwehr tag with some interesting history. KB LJR3, 6. Komp, #512 Vizefeldwebel Nagler Nagler later became Leutnant and then a pilot with two confirmed victories Martin Rupp supplied some info: 11.11.15 he became Leutnant, making this disc obsolete. Pilot by 12.4.16 at the latest. First air victory 20.8.17, second 23.8.17 wikipedia also has an Alfons Nagler, pilot with 10 victories but non of his dates match this one. :

All we know is a size 66, maybe a 68. Measurement around the liner pin holes will help. In that condition impossible to find maker mark and size, but I have also found helmets in much better shape that have markings difficult to read or stamped very faintly. Nice work making it displayable as "new."

Yes, Bernd can help you with getting it right. The button colour should be dependent on the colour called for by the regiment--Garde units would likely have silver, Infanterie, gold. Pionier, silver, usw. When people are looking for uniform assistance, I always like to know which regiment/unit is being depicted.

One of my favorite topics, and I can't thank Andy enough for his research, sending me down the rabbit hole with this. I missed out on the 215th Infantry Division tinnie, but these two came from the same konvolut. Unfortunately my source link for LIR 15 seems a little defective, bringing me to that of the 13th. I can't seem to retrace the links to fix it.
