      Hi All I'm Al and I'm also a retired police officer here in the United States.I have recently acquired a City of London police department uniform my questions to you all is how can I find out who the uniform belonged to I have his division and PC no. He was a member of C division and his number is 513, Can I get this information or will I be stone walled because I?m not a blood relative?
