        Perfect, thanks Christophe. I have two MJO booklets in my library that I thought I had scanned, but I cannot immediately find the scans. However, a promise is a promise, so I'll rescan at least one of the booklet's this weekend.  I'll do so in JPG, so it is easier for you to post.
