I have been looking at various sites to identify this banner, but have not seen anything like it. Can someone tell me what type of banner/flag this is? I am trying to get a value for it. Thank you very much, Wolfe

I have quite few medals and pins from my Father's collection of items he brought back from Germany after WWII. I have been able to identify most of the medals and pins, but not this one. I can find info on other "Hitler's Dank" pins, but not for "Gau Unterfranken 1933." Can anyone offer information on it? I am looking for the history of it and what the possible value is.
