    1. Hello Gentlemen, I do have a British officer's regimental Turban of the 33rd Queens Own Light Cavalry, also a British officer's hot weather mess dress cummerbund of the same regiment, and I can quite safely say that the Turban that is pictured (with Kullah - the pointed cap under the Turban), is definately not a British officers turban of that regiment. The way the turban is tied, to me suggests a cast style, and from my knowledge and research thus far (far from complete), it doesn't look like the manner in which a British officer woukld wear his turban. 2. Hello, good morning or good evening whichever might be applicable, Through a family member who obviously settled in Australia, I acquired the original bronze pin bar from the VC that was awarded to Richard Wadeson, 75th Stirlingshire Regt. for his actions at Dehli during the indian Mutiny. Can anyone tell me when they stopped issuing the VC with the heavy bronze pin-bar on the ribbon that is associated with the early issue? Gordon
