    1. A very good tank indeed, though I'm sure they'll be more than happy with the Abrams!
    2. Excellent pictures Bob, thank you......
    3. Amazing. I do regular internet searches for anything to do with tanks, yet have never seen this. Thanks for posting it up! Amos.
    4. Gutted I've missed the programmes, especially one with a Panther. I saw the programme on Discovery where they restored a Centurian ARV, but this sounds much more like the real deal. I was looking at T62's for sale on the internet, you can pick them up now for about ?35K. Might need a bigger garage though....... Amos.
    5. Sounds good! I wonder when we'll be getting it this side of the pond? Amos.
    6. I wonder why they call him 'Swampy'........ Suprised that 4x4 wasn't brassed up the second it appeared. Good vid, stay safe boys........ Amos
    7. Unbelievable. As you say though Paul, a nice reminder as to why our people are out there. You and all your colleaugues have our gratitude buddy.... Amos.
    8. That's a very comprehensive site! Thanks for posting, and welcome to the GMIC..... Amos.
    9. Quite right too! People in this country seem to have forgotten that our boys are still out there...... Amos.
    10. Ralph, WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE?!!!! Superb, what a conversation piece! Amos.
    11. I meant Panzer VI of course, not IV!!
    12. Panzer IV (or 'Tiger I') without a doubt. She's showing some signs of battle damage, but the crew look happy enough rested-up. As Kevin states, no wonder it was an 'official' photo!
    13. I dunno Paul, there's just something about those manly cheek bones. Maybe he's tucked it between his legs... (Nick is gonna kill us for this thread, maybe it should be moved to The Lounge....!)
    14. Maybe I have too much taste BJOW but I think that first one looks like a tranny. This latest one however........
    15. What an amazing piece of history, I hope it is genuine.....
    16. I've only had a quick look so far Greg, but the site looks impressive. I do love the old 'after battle' pictures. Thanks for the link.......... Amos.
    17. Ed, You may have a point, which is why I've deleted my original reply. However, the post is intended to be light-hearted, and we should try to take it as such..... Cheers, Amos.
    18. Yes Rich she was at the Tank Museum, and an awesome site she was too! Sounded like she needed a bit of a tune-up though!
    19. Great pictures Rich, thanks for sharing! I have had the honour of seeing, hearing, and smelling the worlds only working Tiger I as it went past me. It is every bit as awesome as I imagined it would be......
    20. Interesting James. I take it this was just as a way of not risking valuable ships against more powerful opponents, rather than some sort of 'Gentlemans' agreement?.... Amos
