Well, this isn't an area that I've really dropped into yet, however, I purchased a nice pair of Canadian Memorial Crosses that make a nice set. They go along well with the one I have from the wife's Grandfather KIA France July 1944.

    First up ....

    1. William Grant (KIA July 19, 1944 - during Operation Goodwood - ill fated Allied attempt to grab Caen).

    4. Next up is the recent aquisition of a Cased Set of Memorial Crosses for Trooper Donald Nicholas Keith. One awarded to his Mother, the other to his wife. He died July 02, 1943. He is buried in Canada. I'm not sure, but I assume he was KIA during some exercises or maneuvers in Canada? I may get more info later. A nice set with a very nice case.

One Cross comes with a very long complete ribbon, the other a modified broach. Unsure which belonged to his wife or to his mother?

Nice one's Darrell  I would be curious to know which went with whom!

Plus they are from different makers. One is Birks, the other is "R" (Roden?).
