It is to a veteran of the 4th Tank Army. I have to admit I find the various gramata certificates very pleasing to look at and really inexpensive to purchase. I also got a badge for the 40th Anniversary of the 4th Guards Tank Army so I will probably put them together to disprove the idea that three is a crowd. This is remarkably difficult to do, despite the apparently large numbers of many of these unit badges out there. I've been looking for this 30th Victory anniversary WW2 signals veteran badge to match a document with THAT badge missing (wouldn't you just know it) from General Petukhov's whole group. Nope.
