Riley1965 Posted January 25, 2007 Share Posted January 25, 2007 (edited) Thanks to Charles I now have two of these in my Astro-Hungarian collection.Republic of AustriaThis medal was established by the Austrian Republic on 21 December 1932 for all Austrian, as well as Central Powers, participants in the Great War. Soldiers who had at least 12 weeks frontline service or serious wounding could add a pair of gilt-bronze crossed swords on the ribbon as of 10 November 1933.
