Some Austrian jewellers did indeed make Romanian orders in the end of the 1800s and beginning of the 1900s, so it is worth asking the question here as well. "AF" is the mark of an unidentified maker, "A" is the Vienna city assay office mark and the third one is an Austrian mark for 0.750 silver. See Unknown hallmarks for details.
