There are diamonds on the edges of four rays. In the center of circle - blue enameled background with platinum lotus and diamond below it. In the ring around center placed eight rubies and eight diamonds.Size of the star - 54mm.Ribbon: silk moire with equal stripes of blue, white and yellow.
