The backing material MAY indicate which part of the Wehrmacht this (E) officer or wartime recalled former NCO belonged to. Red? Navy blue? Feldgrau? material. Ten years ago you could have had this one for $80-$125 (U.S.) easy.Oh-I just got promoted. My first star.
