Komtur Posted November 21, 2008 Author Share Posted November 21, 2008 I believe the suggestion of Daniel and Uwe, he indeed was a General der but we did not know, because of a lack of publication, is the best explanation.After looking at this portrait lots of time I now recognized, Onkel Feldmann was going to the fotographer with a kaputt Crownorder As we know from orders with swords on the orderbar, they often loose parts of the swords.
