Any ideas what its for and what the initials mean?

Thanks Joe, I should think arbeiter would probably be the last A, The V may be verband, the T the same guess a youself.

I've just been through my 1992 Heering/Husken again, and can't find it there.

I've been through all my references as well & can't come up with anything close. As Joe said AT was often used for Arbeiter Turner. I agree that it's likely that the V was for verband but the extra A......
