Verdun16
It seems that this one must have belonged to a member of the 28th or 32nd Division,Bryan
Guest Darrell
It seems that this one must have belonged to a member of the 28th or 32nd Division,BryanBryan,I would say you are correct. They should have put the Defensive Sector Bar on the bottom of the others .. but ... all the right bars anyway. Guest Darrell
Single France Bar. Came with a Legion Box and some sort of Medal with the Lord's Prayer on the reverse (some corrosion already in place). If anyone can shed some light on what this medal is or was for would be appreciated. I would assume just some trinket made somewhere, sometime, lost to history ....a. Jaybo
Gentlemen, Were there any hard and fast rules concerning medal bars for pilots in ther various pursuit groups? I'm interested in what bar(s) that Major John Huffer, CO of the 94th and later 93rd Pursuit Groups would be entitled to wear? Thanks.
Bilco
Jaybo - if you post this in the Interallied Victory Medals of the Great War section - http://gmic.co.uk/in...-the-great-war/ - I'm sure someone there will be able to answer your question.
