oldgunnie Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 This is my first attempt at this, so here goes,I'm trying to find details on how the mounted stretcher bearer of WW1 fitted himself and the stretcher on a horse! I'm sure that all of the Commonwealth mounted units had similar kit. Has anyone got any drawings photos, or diagrams that I can use to recreate this important part of our history.
