Bar on the TWM is "Karah Deniz"/ Black SeaGeneralmajor zV Hugo Kiehl (1884-1944) with "Sinai" on his Liakat and TWM:He took part in Friedrich Freiherr Kress von Kressenstein's raid across the Suez Canal. Chief of the uniformed police (SchuPo) in Munich when the Nazis took over, General Kiehl died as Commandant of Prisoners Of War in... Norway!Closeup:Now a botched German bungle, which managed to get almost everything WRONG!The 1914 Iron Cross is fine. But the Hindenburg Cross has mysteriously--and wrongly-- added the wreath fro the ?M3K in 3rd place to its swords, leaving the 3rd ribbon bare. Hello Ed, The book was published on the occasion of the exhibition named Iftihar and Imtiyaz (Valor and Privilege) Ottoman Order and Medals organized by Turkish ministry of Culture and Garanti Bank between 28.9.2004-26.12.2005. It is a heavy book around 3 kg. So the S/H will be high.
