Paul R #35 Posted December 14, 2005 (edited) landsknechte,Thank you! That poor bar should not be neglected like that! I know someone who would give it a nice loving home! Bob Hunter #45 Posted December 23, 2005 Jens, that is a sparkling example!
Stogieman #46 Posted December 23, 2005 Hi Jens, I agree with Bob. There's just something about solo NC EK2's that is really appealing. I've even had it as a frack, if you can imagine a "solo" frack!
Flak88 #47 Posted December 23, 2005 Here is another single. I love the button connection on the rear:
Stogieman #48 Posted December 23, 2005 Nice one with the ribbon sewn together and the button! Very nice. This is a good place to add the perrennial statement: loose EK2's with NC ribbon should command no premium. The ribbon is still available by the roll in Germany!! Mint and period no less. But a mounted one in any configuration.... now that's something special and something to be proud of!!
Flak88 #49 Posted December 23, 2005 My thoughts exactly! It was the button that decided it for me. Still did not pay a premium.Marc
Bob Hunter #50 Posted December 23, 2005 Marc, how was that to be worn, through the lapel button hole?
