Silver?/or very low gold content material as usual. Not sure exactly what it is, but it is always something like it.

Something a bit different from The Seymour Archives. This star supposedly belonged to Wilhelm II. I know that there is a picture of the reverse somewhere, if I find it, I will post it. As I remember, there is a Godet plate on the reverse.
