I guess that for some members here, it would be quite easy to identify this General. Thank you very much in advance for your most appreciated assistance. Sascha will be jealous, since this was one of his Homeboys-- Generalleutnant (General der Artillerie in October 1919) Karl Bansi (1861-1939). Noteworthy are: his "jumped over" KO3 still hanging in there with RAO2EX... and the weird Saxon War Effort Cross ahead of his Baden pair. That "SK" was SUPPOSED to have only been awarded when no other Saxon war award was held-- and was SUPPOSED to have been RETURNED when one-- here "SA2aX" was made subsequently. Not named of course, but it is the then Major Karl Bansi in the uniform of the Foot Artillery School of Gunnery (Fußartillerie-Schießschule) around 1905.
