This is an Iraqi Army Shoulder Patch used after 2003.

It is machine made, 3-3/8in. wide and 3-9/16in. high.

Secondly, a picture of an Iraqi Tanker wearing the patch. The picture isn't very clear but neither was the film where I saw it.

Notice he is wearing it on the right arm so the eagle is facing backwards.

This is an Iraqi Ribbon Sash used in parades. It is made of nylon, 4-1/8 in. wide, 38-1/2 in. long loop to go over the shoulder and has a 3-1/4 in. tassel on the bottom. It has the red, white and black colors of Iraq and "God is Great" written in Arabic on the white.

The accompaning picture is from the 2012, Iraqi Military Parade and shows the wearing of a similiar sash. The picture isn't the greatest but neither was the recording.

    Paul,

I don't know what the Navy Command Neck Medal is awarded for. Information on even the newer medals is hard to find. Information isn't shared between manufacturers and dealers in Iraq like it is in other countries. Here in the U.S and other countries, we can go on the internet and in a few minutes have all the information we want on a medal.

Saddam's iron fist on certain things has carried over even to this day.

What is the Iraqi Navy Command Glazed Neck Medal awarded for? That parade sash looks really sharp.

The "bomb" patch in picture # 70 looks identical to the image on the Army 52nd Ordnance Group (EOD). I did

a Google search of this Group and they have a several different colored patches with this image.
