    I found this description:

Podolsk rescuers honored feat Maxim Tsarenko, who 15 years ago saved ten children.

So usually the case that the deeds committed by individuals after the award, they forget. And remember those people, only those who have saved lives or property.

However, in the memory long remembered Podolyan courageous act while still a student of Vinnytsia Pedagogical Institute Maxim Tsarenko. Vinnichanina feat on 22 June, the day of the Great Patriotic War, will be 15 years old.

That same day, Maxim, while in practice as a counselor in a holiday camp "Scarlet Sails" in Evpatoria, atonement for duty. Passing by one of the dormitories, the guy said the stranger, who set fire to the bag and threw it through the open door of the first floor. "At first I wondered what I should do - run for a stranger or a room. But in a split second legs have carried me into the room ", - says Max. Jumping over the balcony railing, the guy said on the bed of one of the ten girls who were sleeping peacefully, an explosive device. Fuse is waning - so there was no time to wait. Maxim was only enough time for you to make an explosive device - is outside the room, it exploded in his hands.

The explosion Maxim lost his right arm, vision in one eye and partially hearing. Boy was treated for three months, and after returning to normal conditions of life he continued his studies, he graduated from the Faculty of History Pedagogical University. After several years working in field of education has decided to become a professional journalist, which is working so far.

Therefore, such an outstanding person could not remain without attention of employees quickly and Rescue Service Civil Protection.
