It is printed on silk (I think), is just over 14 inches high, 8 3/4 inches wide and hangs from a red string. This is DEFINITELY going into one of my medal frames, but I'm really unsure as to its age... WW2? WW1? Earlier? I'd appreciate any help in narrowing down its age. The ones for street lamps etc. were usually larger and printed on cotton. The sentiments expressed would seem right for that period.
