early 19th century napoleonic general ?

i bought this painting years ago,,it is a early 19th century napoleon period oil painting painted on board (i am pretty sure), the painting it self has appoximately 12"wide and 16" lenth(not including frame),i am pretty sure this a high ranking general in napoleon's Grand Army,have medal of "legion of honer" on his left chest.their is no artist's name on this oil,,also because of financial problem,i wanna sell it if anyone interest in it,,i want to sell it by 3800 USD.
