Is it some kind Special grade (class) of Grand Cordon or is it a variation created by manufacturer? If this is indeed a Special grade than to whom it was awarded? To foreigners? No, since we have photo evidence (we’ll examine them later ) of foreign recipients with “five rays” variation. To military personnel? No, since we have photo evidence of military men with “five rays” variation. To high ranking officials? No, since we have photo evidence of high ranking officials with “five rays” variation.
