TacHel Posted July 26, 2013 Share Posted July 26, 2013 FEDERAL PROTECTIVE SERVICE Found myself the decorations "For Merit" 1st and 3rd class, still looking for a second class. The 2nd class has a silver wreath like the 3rd but a gilt plaque like the 1st. I have yet to find the establishment orders for them, even the official web site of the FSO doesn't mention the award criteria or establishment date, it simply displays drawings of the awards.
