I've come across badges like these several times over the years, but can't seem to find any information about them. I bought mine, which is exactly like the one in the original post #1, in 1983-84 when I visited the Reichstag as a tourist. Probably cost DM 2 or 3 at the time. No idea where it's squirreled away now ... in one of many boxes of old souvenirs and photographs probably. I'm amused when I see these on eBay offered as some sort of "vintage badge."
