It is of two piece construction, heavy bronze with a pin back. The front reads, "National Agricultural Exhibition". So, I know WHAT it is... does anyone here have an idea of WHEN it was? The badge looks to be anywhere from early post-WW2 (Tildy government) through the Rakosi era; looks a little old to be Kadar period. I'd just like to know a period for this piece. Thanks. I'm tempted to say (or is it just being hopeful) that this badge, without Rakosi or Kadar seal, just might be a badge from 1948 (Tildy).
