Hi Gents, I got this medal for my small Italy collection

Vittorio Emanuele III Re D'Italia with inscription Ricordo on the reverse side

I would like to know more about this medal, every help appreciated.

Generic medal to be used, for example, during the visits to the King.

There are similar generic medals with the word "al merito" to be used during prize ceremonies

Look at the signature of my medal.It differs from the medals shown in the topic.Probably, there were some variants and different producers.It is interesting but I did not find the marks of silver.I like the reverse of this medal-very similar with the Russian Userdie.
