Interesting.  And it must be on the black/white combatant ribbon.  Also the Hindy with swords for a frontschwein. Perhaps he brought fire and brimstone down at the critical moment.

Wow!   Very nice Chris!    I've never seen one before.   yhatvus about as rare as it gets, even more so than aviators.  Any idea where it was awarded (I don't have my glasses. :-) )

Very interesting grouping! So far I´ve only seen clergymen with non-combatant Hindenburg Crosses!
