Hi,

I did not know it was one of the "accepted" ones for bavarians?

I guess even less official than the 11th Bav Inf Div etc.?

Hi Chriss!

No, they all are the same level... NOT ALLOWED!

The only cap badges, allowed by Wilhelm are the Edelweiß and the Karpathenkorps-badge

Only the bavarian ones are german. All the others are austrians, like the Edelweiß

So excuse my ignorance, am I right in thinking then that these Badges are completely unauthourised for wear according to Army regulations but tolerated at Unit Level or by individual Commanders?
