Excellent topic
I'll post a couple of photos from my collection, mostly flee market finds.
First one was taken in Trebinje on October 1944 (original inscription: Требиње - октобар 1944 г.). I believe the general standing in the middle is people's hero Vlado Šegrt. He's wearing Partisan Star 1st class.
By the way notice his hat badge, generals' had white enamel around the edges. You can see the same badge being worn by Petar Drapšin in the photo you posted.

Political commissar of a company wearing Soviet made Bravery Order. The photo was made somewhere between late 1944 and 1946.

Nice photos! I've found a photo of Vlado Šegrt on the internet and was going to post it eventually. :) It looks like him!

I took a quick look concerning the general's hat badge in the "Partizanska vojska i Jugoslavenska Armija 1941-1953" book. It's actually not white enamel but looks like this. It's a general's hat badge which was introduced in the second half of 1944 which goes by the date of your photo. Badge is in possession of a fellow collector Nenad Bjeloš, one of many who had contributed in making of this book. I belive they are currently working on the second book concerning badges, uniforms, insignia etc. from 1953 to 1992. The first book concentrates on the same matter but in the 41-53 period.

Both types existed, I'm not 100% sure it really is the white enamel one on those photos but it looks like that to me.

Interesting...The book does not mention this type. I may be wrong but the badge with white enamel looks smaller.

Also, I think that Drapšin and Šegrt are wearing the badges without enamel because I see a small bright spot which seems like a Yugoslav tricolor.

I't not sure, Drapšin's name is in the list but that doesn't mean he's really wearing that type of badge... Here's a small comparison.

Two "tough guys" :) I presume the soldier on the right is wearing Bravery Medal, but 2nd lieutenant's ribbon is a puzzle to me, perhaps something foreign...

I think I've found an answer. It could be two wound badges for minor wounds (I think that's the right translation). I actually got this answer from mister Bjeloš himself on facebook.

Apologies for not replying sooner, I really appreciate your willingness to help.
Wound badge didn't even cross my mind, though when I look at the photo it seems like a single ribbon with two darker stripes, at lest to me. I'm really not sure.

No problem!

I'm also having doubts about the wound badge but that's the closest thing that looks like the one on the photo.

Also, I'd like to correct the name of the woman in this photo. Her name is actually Albina Mali-Hočevar.

And how about Albanian Bravery Medal? Here's an illustration from Lukasz Gaszewski's website:

01.gif.e65abacc785971c1b5bcff6f2cb8c30f.gif

Looks pretty similar to me and it fits the time frame. That medal was introduced in July 1945, and the photo was made somewhere between late 1944 and 1946.

Here are two different photos of Boško Karalić wearing an Order of People's Hero on the first and Soviet made Commemorative Medal of the Partisans of 1941. His grandson keeps his awards and is also a collector: http://www.6yka.com/novost/128647/dok-se-brise-istorija-bivse-drzave-unuk-cuva-sjecanja-na-djeda-koji-je-medu-prvima-odlikovan-ordenom-narodnog-heroja-jugoslavije

Thanks for the link, interesting article.
If Bulgarian "Medal for Bravery" is the one we can see in the pictures then there's some kind of mix up. Bulgarian medal from the images is actually Medal for the Patriotic War 1944-45. I think there were many Yugoslav recipients as they pop up pretty often on the market, at least in Serbia.

I posted this one a few days ago in a different topic, not really orders or medals but still somewhat interesting.
Anti-aircraft artillery (? - wings and crossed cannons) NCO in M1946 uniform with three udarnik (shock worker) badges.

Thanks, I wasn't really sure. Some of the shoulder board signs were exactly the same as the royal ones. Anti-aircraft artillery sign is not the same but it's pretty similar, here's how it looked like before:
