What's in the box ????????????? Jäger in the house!

I think he got the mvk in early 15, then an MVO soon after as Lt....grp.thumb.jpg.c4254f43e737e4578b2fff57dadc8b65.jpg

IK, sorting out the stuff I find... there are 3 groups. The most is the Jäger group... then there are some 1870 things, then there is a small group to a Veterinarian.... He went on to serve in WW2vet.thumb.jpg.768cb5721e9a9efbea862df60eb123f4.jpg

This has to be one of your more impressive sets!  Congratulations on this virtual time capsule.  It seems as if you have the man's entire military career in that box.

Hi, when he died in 1925 all the stuff was given to his Cousin, so there was a mix of his stuff, his cousins stuff and the cousins fathers stuff. I have managed to figure out what belongs to who and will just keep the Jägers stuff. If the other guy had been his brother I would have kept it as well, but a cousin is a bit of a stretch....
