922F Posted February 27, 2019 Share Posted February 27, 2019 Egypt Republic Version al Kamal Grand Cordon in case -- probably marked by Bichay of Cairo [look at star/badge reverse and inside case lid]. These are rare on the market -- I cannot recall a similar set sold since 2008 [Tammann auction] when one went for 2,000 Swiss francs + 20% commission about 1650 GBP or 2200 USD total.
