Does anybody have any information on this army badge or what regiment its from? The badge is 5.5 inches wide by 5 inches high, thank in advance.

Not British as far as I am aware, maybe Belgian or other near Continental

Quite an unusual crown, which may help ID the nation involved.  As Jerry says, possibly Belgian/Dutch or some such.

The crown looks like an 'Eastern Crown'  -  en.wikisource.org/wiki/A_Complete_Guide_to_Heraldry/Chapter_23

and the horn - Bugle-horn stringed

Below is a Cap badge of Malay Regiment: ‘Taat Setia’. (similiar crown)

Just a thought it might from some unit who served in the east

Hello, Not Royal crown either Dutch or Belgian . as Graham said is a Eastern Crown ,the most antique type of crown .
