The Kasier presents his guests the tallest soldier of the gardes du corps Oskar Taplick Unteroffizier d R. in the regiment of the GdCs in parde uniform, biggest soldier of the whole german army, complete hight 2,40 m (they included the helmet i suppose) Served 1899-1905. "Der lange Josef" His majesty tallest soldier "Der lange Josef" (The long (tall) Josef), complet 2,39m Der lange Josef in front of Kaiser Wilhelm, King Haakon of Norway and Prinz Eitel Friedrich Oswald Balling Tallest soldier of the german army (his wife must been quite tall too...)
