Received today a dark medal of the work of Edward Rymer.

1 - diameter is 37.3 mm,  thickness is 2.2 mm.

2 - diameter is 37.8 mm, thickness is 1.9 mm.

Hello Oliver,

A nice darker patina Reimer model you have posted. It is great that you also post diameter and planchet thickness because that helps out all the vic collectors to see if there are differences to item in their collection.

Hello. What do you think about this Victory Medal? it looks original to me but I want to be sure before I buy it. Any thoughts are welcomed.

It looks to be a good example, with the designer Paul Dubois name on the obverse. The ribbon is a nice example of the Belgian 'sine-wave' watering, and it has the two-pronged mounting.
