Herzoglich Sachsen-Ernestinischer Hausorden, Ritterkreuz 2. Klasse mit Schwertern mit "römischen" Parierstangen

 

A superb SEHO3bX by court jewelers Bury & Leonhard with beautiful detailing.  This is a pre-1918 awarded piece.

 

The swords feature the rare "Roman" crossguards of this maker.

 

Enamel is in perfect condition.  NO damage anywhere. 

 

Silver surface is uncleaned and unpolished with great patina.  The center medallions are gold.

 

Complete with its SUPER-RARE original presentation case and original ribbon.  A very high quality set in splendid condition.
