    1. I've seen plenty of photos and documents of numbered PAB's in silver, however it seems that numbered PAB's in Bronze are harder to find. Horst Hain, I believe, was awarded numbered bronze PAB's, possibly 75, and I think Fritz Fessmann was awarded a 50. I was wondering if anyone can post pictures of Bronze numbered PAB's being worn or pictures of award documents of numbered Bronze PAB's. They seem rare, and I wonder how many soldiers actually won Bronze 50's and 75's.
    2. We know numbered GAB's were awarded to crews of Sturmgeschutz's, for example Josef Brandner being the only one to win a 100, and also Rolf Due I believe winning the 75. However as Pionier's qualified for the GAB did they ever received numbered badges, like panzergrenadiers were eligible for numbered PAB's in bronze. You would think they should, however I have never seen any photos or awards documents to suggest that. If anyone has any photos or documents or information on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
    3. Pretty much all numbered GABs I have seen in photos or documents have been awarded to Stug or Pzjaeger. I was wondering if anyone had any information about Pionier or artillerie, ext... soldiers who won a numbered GAB. Thanks.
    4. In the thread http://www.wehrmacht-awards.com/forums/showthread.php?t=21030&highlight=%22horst+hain%22 there are a number of photos of Horst Hain. Hain was Pz.Aufk. and in some of the earlier photos appears to be wearing a PAB in bronze. However he also won a PAB IV/75, as appears in one of the later photos. I was just wondering, because he was Aufk. and won the PAB in bronze, could that PAB IV/75 be one in bronze??? If anyone has any information or award documents from Hein's PABs it would be greatly appreciated.
    5. Numbered PAB's in Silver and GAB's are well known. However, I don't believe I have seen any evidence in photos or in award documents, of numbered PAB's in Bronze. I was wondering if anyone had any information about this? Thanks.
    6. I was wondering if anyone had a list of the winners of the higher grades, II-IV of the Panzer Assault Badge in Bronze. I have a list of the winners of the Silver Badge, but not of the Bronze. The only person I have been able to find is Fritz Fessmann who I believe won the III Grade of the Bronze Badge. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Klaus Richter
    7. Does anyone have a list of all the recipients of the Members Cross of the Royal Order of the House of Hohenzollern during World War I, which was awarded to Noncommissioned officers? I believe there were about 16 or 17. Thank you very much.
    8. My question is why certain soldiers who seemed eligible for either grade of the CCC didn't receive it. For example infanterie soldiers like Erich Barenfanger, Kurt Meyer, and Theodor Tolsdorff to name a few, belonged to units eligible to receive the CCC, and all seemed likely to have qualified at least for a CCC in bronze, or higher, yet they didn't receive any. The same can be said for many other infantrie soldiers. Is this due to close combat days not being recorded or not being submitted because certain commanders might not really care as much about such awards as others? Or are there other reasons? Thank you.
