    1. Next up, another leatherette folder from The Commander of The Ministry of Defense. Cover:
    2. Page one. Nothing like a quote from "Iron Felix" to brighten one's day.....
    3. Next up, a leatherette folder bearing congratulations from the Head of Military Counter-Intelligence..... aka congratulations from the Committee for State Security.... Cover:
    4. General Dimitrov was the number two guy of Civil Defense in Bulgaria under Communist Rule. On the occassion of his 60th Birthday he was awarded a Dimitrov order. I don't have much of his group, but I am sure it's out there somewhere. please contact me if you have pieces from this man. While the only time I have seen a group of documents of this nature, i'm sure others were probably given out. Without further ado..... An interesting group of congratulatory documents to this famous general. First group is a leatherette folder bearing congratulations from the Commander of Civil Defense:
    5. Reverse. Note the multiple test marks. Non-Negotiable price, I tried back when the auction first ran and it did not sell.
    6. Agreed on the repair. This one comes with a very, very heavy price tag that doesn't include the 20% Commission, shipping, handling, etc.
    7. First off, outstanding bar! Secondly, this may be true, the Meck piece could be for 1870. Not too awful bad to find, but some effort would have to be made. Thirdly, given the precedence, I was thinking Prussian who received the 1864 cross. Is that not a possibility?
    8. Now... I have to ask because my twin asks.... If the Bulgarian Mint continued to use an archaic gold mark (A-4 under the crown).... why are there no examples that I have handled, seen or seen pictures of that bear a gold hallmark??
    9. Close-up of Dimitrov Order. Last/Final type. Note that it has been defaced!
    10. Stamped Signature, note the barely visible rubber-stamped seal
    11. Well, here's some details that should alleviate your concerns. First off, entire document. Hand signed by the Secretary of Supreme Soviet
    12. Due to the rather disgusting tropical weather we've been having, the scan-gnome is on strike, so no additional images of the document yet. However, the first thing I looked for upon arrival was a stamp. It's very faint, but is there and partially visible. The paper is some bizarre, coated stuff that apparently did not hold the ink from the seal very well. In the interim, I can show you the Hero of Labor Star:
    13. The "Full Monty" as it were on the "Honored Employee" Badges, both are still cased!
    14. And AGAIN (!!) in 1987; he receives his (SECOND!) "Honored Employee of MVR" Badge!
    15. Again in 1985; he receives his (FIRST!) "Honored Employee of the MVR" Badge!
