    2. Here are some components stripped out of U-Boats from my collection. Circular plates.
    3. Here's a dedicated photo from Grossadmiral Erich Raeder to Oblt. z. S. Adalbert Schnee during the time when Schnee commanded U-201. Typical example signed by Raeder and the photographer, Sandau. I can make out the beginning of the dedication: "To Oberleutnant z. See Adalbert Schnee in ..." but that's about as far as I can get. Perhaps another member can help me out with the rest.
    4. Jesse, Sorry to hear that you may need to sell some of your collection. The next "West Coast Historical Militaria Collector's Show" is May 6-7 at the LA County Fairgrounds. Here is the link to the details. LA Militaria Show . Let me know when you'll be there and hopefully we can hook up. Best, Erik
    5. U-877 engraved cigarette case. Although not a cap badge, it is the logo pictured in Georg Hogel's book. I picked this up recently at the SOS. Although there are a lot of eBay fakes out there, this one seemed to ring true and I took a chance on it...
    6. Gordon, Finally had time to give your new book a reading. Outstanding! Thanks again for all that you've done for the collector community. I'll look forward to your next KM work. All The Best, Erik
    7. Ben, Don't have any idea what this tile signifies, but you certainly have some interesting Quimper tiles! Erik
    8. Paul, Your badge looks very similar to a vertical pin FO (Orth), but the plate on the catch is very uncharacteristic of FO. Gordon has a similar badge to yours pictured on page 193 of "Torpedo los!", but the catch plate is slightly different. I would give it a tentative "thumbs up", but hope that others will offer opinions. Best Regards, Erik
    9. Nice badge, Gordon, and attributed to boot. I truly value attributed items because they motivate one to research history. Thanks for sharing this. Best Regards, Erik
    10. Great looking plaque! Thanks for sharing this. Best Regards, Erik
    11. Gordon, It's exciting to see the cover and to know that the book will soon be available. Can't wait! Erik
    12. Martin, Great to see your HK acquisitions and good luck reuniting more of Kuhn's items. Erik
    13. Fantastic, Michel! Your mannequins are great looking - they really display your uniforms well. Can you please tell us if any of the uniforms are named and to whom? Best Regards, Erik
    14. A 9th U-Flotilla desk ornament. Appears to be period... Looks like the maker attached a metal KM summer breast eagle to the ball section.
    15. Door Plate for Oberleutnant Siegfried Breinlinger. Kommandant of U-320 and U-3018 also WO on U-38, U-108, U-152 and U-267.
    16. Nice collection, Justin! Not "meager" by any stretch of the imagination. All The Best, Erik
    17. 10th U-Flottille stickpin. I purchased this at the SOS this year, and the seller gave me a copy of Detlev's COA. This stickpin came with a U-170 traditions badge very similar to the one I purchased from Detlev as well as photos of the crewman. My U-170 trad badge (posted earlier in this thread) came with the doc grouping of Willi Prediger.
    18. U-1192 traditions badge. The number 13 descending from an umbrella. "13" was used for many boats whose numeric designation added up to 13 - good luck, I guess.
    19. Detail of the center section with some of the names of the holders penciled in.
    20. Isn't this boat modelled after the Deathmobile from "Animal House"?
