I have yet to locate another example like yours. Difficult to imagine there are not more out there like it. 🔍

Is it an aluminum base metal badge?

Hi Don. I noticed the no cutouts. So far I have not come across another example exactly like the one shown.
I also note Munchen as opposed to the normally seen Munch.
I wonder what a side by side comparison of the lettering would show?
It appears the non cutouts are darkened on the obverse.

Or perhaps it is two different sword hilt shapes?
Located a couple of links with some images.

I continue to wander off to see what my example looks like and get distracted. I will locate it.
If I recall correctly their are two different sword blade shapes for these membership pins.

I can post some random thoughts and join in a discussion. I have no formed opinion on the tinnie in question.
My initial thought is the SA was not shy about branding. Thinking, if they organized the event they would surely have added an SA emblem to the badge, e.g. H.J. Schlageter tinnies. (?)

The shape of the pin plate and the beading on the pin plate guide may be a clue. If you can locate a similar set up with a maker mark.

A link showing another 75 RZM example. Posted by Burgerhaus. It's on page #4.

If that is the SA Sportfest tinnie to Standarte 143, I could locate no information.
Perhaps someone will have more success.

I read of an example marked WTB but can not verify with an image.

I did some scouting about on the internet and located some that looked different from what we have seen but they were indiscernible.

Nice examples Don. I don't recognize either mark. AE seems most plausible but I wonder could it be FE?

Has anyone seen different maker marked SA reserve pins?

That's a real nice image with the giant pretzel. (Brezel).

Fascinating. Is the last image of a period display board?

Well done Sir.
I never did collect the Deutsche Baudenkmäler pieces.
I do have the complete Pond Life series. Do you have those?

All in wear images should be that revealing.

Thank you Don.
Are Stenografenschaft badges somewhat rare? I do not recall ever seeing examples at any of the shows I (once upon a time), attended. Could just boil down to I do not recall them because I would not have known what they were. 🙃

I am not up to speed on the Stenografenschaft badges. If I read correctly there is a first and second pattern.
Would the dated badges be the first honor pattern and the rectangle shape the second honor pattern?
