I have been researching what this medal is for years. But I still don't understand. At first glance it looks like a Chinese medal. There is an inscription indicating Chinese silver. The designed kanji is on the back. The characters seem to mean "Medal of Merit". But it also looks like a Vietnam medal to me. If anyone knows what this is, please let me know.
